No Limit per household on orders. Please double check the name or initials that you put in for any personalization! Item colors will slightly vary based on your monitor’s settings. Please double check mailing address at checkout. We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to inaccurate information provided. Items can be returned for product refund or exchanged within 14 days of purchase date. Thank you for your purchase, we look forward to many more.
Non-personalized Orders will ship within 5 business days.
Personalized Orders will ship within 14 business days.
• Monogrammed items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
• Returned items must be unworn and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, you may return it as long as you contact us within 14 calendar days of when you received it. The only time we don't accept a return is if it is used, damaged by you, the item was included in the Clearance Collection when you purchased it, swimming suits or if the product is returned incomplete. If the error was made by us (mixed up, damaged on arrival), we will pay for return shipping. Otherwise you are responsible for the shipping to return your product. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR MERCHANDISE IN THE CLEARANCE COLLECTION and for SWIMMING SUITS.
How do I return my item?

Full return policy terms:
You may return the product if:
• You requested the return within 14 calendar days after delivery
• You have NOT used the product in any way
Items that cannot be returned:
• Any item more than 14 calendar days after delivery
• Any Personalized item
• Swimming Suit sales are FINAL and can not be returned
• Any item that has been used or worn
• Any item that was purchased in the Clearance Collection
We reserve the right to reject a return if:
• There are signs of product being used
• There are signs of product being damaged
• The product returned incomplete
• Exchanges can only be processed if we made an error on the order. We can only process exchanges if the product is currently in stock. If the product is currently out of stock, we will process a refund instead of an exchange.
• You must pay for return postage and insure the product against loss or damage during its transit. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
• Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks after you send us the item(s) to be returned. If you would like to ensure that your return package is trackable, please remember to receive a tracking number from your shipping carrier.
• Refunds must be credited to the original payment method you used (e.g. to the credit card you used when placing the original order).
• You must report any missing item/accessory within 2 days of delivery.
• If your order qualified for free shipping and you wish to return an item from the qualifying order, thus making the order ineligible for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
• Once your initial order is processed, we are unable to edit the order. Please ensure that your order is accurate and your billing/shipping information is accurate before making your purchase.
• Customer service will respond to your request for a return/refund within 2 business days (e.g. requests made on Fridays will receive a response by Tuesday). Please wait for 2 business days to pass before requesting further information.
• Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and buyer will pay return shipping in each case.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
• Graham Boutique is not responsible for delays with USPS shipping.
• Graham Boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
• Graham Boutique is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
